Baked Ham & Turkey Sliders

Baked Ham & Turkey Sliders

  • 1 Pack of 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 24 slices Hillshire Farms Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Ham
  • 24 slices Hillshire Farms Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Smoked Turkey
  • 6 slices of swiss cheese cut into fourths
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Cut rolls in half and spread mayonnaise onto one side of the rolls. Place a square of swiss cheese on the roll, then place two folded slices of ham and two folded slices of turkey (they are ultra thin), then another square of swiss on top. Replace the top of the roll and place them into a 13X9 baking dish (it will most likely be snug)
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, melted butter, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the rolls, just covering the tops (I used a brush). Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover and cook for an additional two minutes until the tops are slightly browned and crisp. Serve warm.
