Campus Book Rentals

I remember when I was in college, and I remember the cost of books. Wow! I now have a teenage son and I can’t believe it won’t be long and he will be college bound-now that makes me feel old, LOL. It is so great to know there are more option for getting college books now and Campus Book Rentals is one of them. I used to wonder what I was going to do with all those books once I was through with them, I spend all that money and then practically give them away afterwards because they gave me so little for them once I sold them back.

Some wonderful things about renting books are:

save 40-90% off of bookstore prices

 -free shipping both ways

 -can highlight in the textbooks

 -flexible renting periods

-the company donates to Operation Smile with each textbook rented

-You can find more great benefits on the website

If you don’t believe it saves you money just take a look at this chemistry book, retails for 195.00 on Amazon and you can rent it for 48.00.  Totally worth it!

I love that this company is also involved in helping the community through an international children’s medical charity called Operation Smile. Operation Smile is a non-profit organization whose medical volunteers provide safe, free, and effective cleft lip and pallet surgery for children all over the world.   This is an awesome organization that performs life changing cleft lip surgeries on children whose families could not otherwise afford it. The long term improvement in quality of life for the children that receive these surgeries is almost incomprehensible. Their services are available in over 60 countries and have thousands of generous donors and volunteers who make this mission possible. For each book you rent through Campus Book Rentals, a portion will be donated to this organization.   I have always felt it was wonderful to take a child who couldn’t afford or have access to great medical care and help them in some way.  What a wonderful way to give back.
