Getting Kids Moving with Move ‘N Groove Kids {3 Set DVD Giveaway}

Winter’s been harsh and it’s great way to keep the little ones active when they may be cooped up inside if the weather prevents outside play, even on hot summer days.

Created by a renowned dance and early childhood educator, 3-DVD series called Move ‘N Groove  brings a fun, interactive, creative movement class to right into your home, and aims to get the toddler and preschool set up on their feet with fun dance moves, stretching, and imaginary trips to places kids love to go, like the park and the zoo.

Many families are trying to embrace a healthy lifestyle n to be more active,  Move ‘N Groove Kids DVDs are great tools to support parents in this effort.These DVD’s are really fun for your toddler/preschooler.  They have them moving and dancing.  Small children LOVE music and it is so fun watching them dance and move right along with the dvd.  It is so hard in our culture today to get our kids moving with all of the electronics.  It is so easy for them to get so involved in small devices even at a young age and then it becomes so much harder getting them to move!  These DVD’s will help you getting your kids off the couch and into moving!  These would also make a wonderful physical gym class for your preschoolers and K-1st in your homeschool (if you school at home like we do)  , they would be a great enhancement to your curriculum!!

    I do workout videos in front of my toddlers, which gets them familiar with exercise. I also make sure they have plenty of outdoor time, and we do fun indoor exercise games too. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway.

    A lot of their exercising comes from taking them to the park and playing ball.

    No devices, no inside games go outside and explore, and/or take them outside to investigate. The trampoline is a fantasic way to exercise.

    I carry my child to the local playground and we run and climb and jump and move non-stop for about 30 minutes! I benefit from the exercise just as much as she does!
