We run a busy household.  We have three teenagers whom I homeschool and our day starts early.   As much as I would love to say we are quick to jump out of bed and get the day started sometimes we need a kick start.    So many people make the goal to get healthier in the New Year and we are no different.  There are so many areas I know my family can improve on to better our health and gain more energy.  There is no better way than to eat a healthier breakfast!  When you kick start your day with a nutritious breakfast you always feel better!

I love it when you can make a batch of something good ahead of time and have it ready for the morning.  Grape Nut Breakfast balls are the perfect way to start the morning right!  It is easy to make and you you may even get a few days of breakfast out of them, if you don’t have three hungry teenagers!  There is nothing quite like starting with some spoonfuls of goodness to get you going right!

We have heard for years the importance of a good breakfast and Post cereals make that easier than ever.   I love that they have whole grains that are packed with nutrients, including protein, fiber, B vitamins and antioxidants. They also have plenty of delicious options to choose from.

Our favorites are Post Cereals Grape Nuts Original, Post Cereals Raisin Bran and Post Cereals Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted I love that not only do my kids have healthier choices with these cereals for breakfast but they also make great snacks during the day and with 2 teen boys over 6 ft tall you need snacks!
