I love to come up with lunches and/or dinners that are quick. Cook some fresh broccoli on the stove or buy frozen and microwave
Add butter and melted cheese
Once the broccoli is soft it is done you can microwave your rice.
Add Broccoli and Cheese to the top and stir it in so it is all mixed together!
