We have enjoyed the new Brownberry® Healthfull® and have been testing it out in the kitchen for some of our favorite recipes. We have tried the Nuts & Seeds and its great! I love how you can see the good stuff right in the bread and it’s thick and perfect for sandwich making! We made one of my favorite sandwiches with it:
The Ultimate Grilled Ham & Swiss Sandwich (you could also use turkey or chicken or any meat of your choosing)
2 Slices of Brownberry® Healthfull® Bread lightly buttered
Thick Sliced Swiss Cheese
2-3 Slices of Honey Smoked Ham (or meat of your choice)
Thin sliced Tomato
Pre-heat Griddle or Frying pan. While that is pre-heating, build your sandwich. Butter one side of two slices of Brownberry® Healthfull®. Add a slice of Swiss, then mayo, ham and tomato, then the second slice of Swiss and second slice of bread. Grill to you liking or at least until cheese is melted, about 5 to 10 minutes on each side depending on the temp of your griddle. Enjoy!
